Print Services: Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Printing
This has been a growing industry in Ireland over the past number of years and we were in a unique position to supply this sector without major adjustment to our systems or facilities. Our manufacturing, storage and distribution facilities are accredited to ISO 9001:2000, which we have had in place since 1991.
At present we produce booklets, leaflets and cartons to many of the leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies in Ireland. All of these products are produced in-house.
Many of the cartons we produce require UV varnishing or Braille which we can apply in-line. We supply your leaflets either in trays or banded depending on the finished size or specific customer requirements.
Due to the critical nature of both the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors we have implemented a range of initiatives and procedures to ensure traceability, conformance and risk assessment. A range of these initiatives includes security bar code systems with in-line barcode scanners, line clearance, batch traceability, environmental conditions and cross contamination and segregation procedures. These procedures are fully documented.
