Print management has been a natural progression as our systems and facilities are set up to manage numerous parts on behalf of our clients. At present we have over 12,000 live parts on our system which we produce, store, assemble and distribute from call-offs on a daily basis.

Every account is managed by an Account Manager and controlled on a day to day basis by a dedicated Customer Service Representative. The Account Manager is the main point of contact for the customer, while the customer service representative concentrates on all administrative aspects of the account, from order intake to production updates and providing monthly management information.
