At Colorman, we manufacture cartons for the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries. Our process combines precision engineering with industry-leading technology to deliver superior packaging solutions. Below is an overview of our end-to-end production workflow:
1. Printing: The process begins with high-quality printing on our Heidelberg press. This advanced offset press ensures vibrant colour fidelity, sharp image reproduction, and consistent quality across every sheet, accommodating a variety of substrates to meet custom packaging requirements.
2. Die Cutting: After printing, sheets are transferred to the Bobst Visioncut for precise die cutting. The Visioncut’s advanced registration and cutting technology enable intricate packaging designs, clean edges, and consistent dimensions - ensuring each carton meets exact client specifications.
3. Gluing: The die-cut blanks proceed to the Bobst Accucheck for gluing and inline quality assurance. This system applies fast, accurate adhesive seams, while real-time inspection checks every carton for print quality, correct gluing, and structural integrity.
4. Final Packing: Finished cartons are automatically collected and packed using the Bobst Cartonpack 4. This fully automated solution streamlines the packing process, safeguarding product quality and enabling efficient, high-volume output for rapid delivery. By integrating state-of-the-art machinery and rigorous quality control at every stage, Colorman ensures your packaging is produced with maximum efficiency and unrivalled reliability.
